Ad Traffic School Membership Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ad Traffic School online membership ("Membership"). By accessing or using the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Membership Access:
a. Monthly Membership: Upon subscribing to the Monthly Membership, you will receive partial access to Ad Traffic School's foundational meta ad trainings, slack channel support, and monthly Q&A calls. After the 7 day money back guarantee is over, monthly members will receive complete access to all trainings. Access to foundational meta ad trainings is granted annually after maintaining membership for a consecutive three-month period. If you choose to cancel your membership prior to the completion of the three-month period, you forfeit access to all trainings, resources, slack channel support, and monthly Q&A calls.
b. Quarterly Membership: Upon subscribing to the Quarterly Membership, you will receive partial access to Ad Traffic School's foundational meta ad trainings, slack channel support, and monthly Q&A calls. After the 7 day money back guarantee is over, quarterly members will receive complete access to all trainings. If you choose to cancel your membership you forfeit access to the slack channel support and monthly Q&A calls. You will have access to the foundational trainings for one year after your initial quarterly membership purchase.
c. Annual Membership: Upon subscribing to the Annual Membership, you will receive access to Ad Traffic School's foundational meta ad trainings, slack support channel and monthly Q and A calls for one year from the date of subscription.
Bundles That Benefit Membership Access:
a. Monthly Membership: Upon subscribing to the free 30 day trial inside the Membership portal, you will receive full access to Ad Traffic School's foundational meta ad trainings. You will not receive slack channel support and monthly Q&A calls until your second month subscription starts. If you choose to cancel your membership prior to the second month subscription period, you forfeit access to all trainings and resources. No refunds will be granted after initiation of free trial subscription.
Payment:
a. Monthly Membership: Monthly membership fees are charged on a recurring basis until canceled. You authorize Ad Traffic School to charge the applicable monthly membership fee to your chosen payment method.
b. Quarterly Membership: Quarterly membership fees are charged on a reoccurring quarterly basis until canceled. You authorize Ad Traffic School to charge the applicable quarterly membership fee to your chosen payment method.
c. Annual Membership: Annual membership fees are charged upfront upon subscription for a one-year term. You authorize Ad Traffic School to charge the applicable annual membership fee to your chosen payment method.
Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Monthly Membership: You may cancel your Monthly Membership at any time. However, if you choose to cancel prior to the completion of the three-month period, you forfeit access to all trainings, resources, slack channel support, and monthly Q&A calls. A refund will be granted within 7 days of your purchase. No refunds will be granted after 7 days of purchasing.
b. Quarterly Membership: You may cancel your Quarterly Membership at any time. Upon cancelling you forfeit access to the slack channel support and monthly Q&A calls. A refund will be granted within 7 days of your purchase. No refunds will be granted after 7 days of purchasing.
c. Annual Membership: Annual Memberships are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase. You may cancel your Annual Membership subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining term.
Intellectual Property:
a. All materials provided as part of the Membership, including but not limited to trainings, resources, and Q&A sessions, are the intellectual property of Ad Traffic School. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
Termination:
a. Ad Traffic School reserves the right to terminate your Membership at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Ad Traffic School.
Modification of Terms:
a. Ad Traffic School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Ad Traffic School website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law:
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By accessing or using the Ad Traffic School Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Membership.
