Google & YouTube Media Buyer: This is a remote contract position ($35-70/per hour).

Established in 2019, Litchfield Media is the leader in Sales Funnel Builds and Facebook and Instagram ads. We’re looking to hire a Google/Youtube Media Buyer to the team where we work with some of the most influential and innovative entrepreneurs. In this role you’ll be working directly with the CEO and our clients to map out strategic ad campaigns for evergreen sales funnels and digital courses/products.

Job Responsibilities

Work with the team to create comprehensive strategies to improve Google/YouTube ad performance.

Manage, track, and report on cost per result, cost per click, ad spend, click through rates, landing page conversions, purchases, ROAS, etc. to the CEO on a weekly basis.

Responsible for making strategic decisions that will help improve KPIs for Google and YouTube ad campaigns.

Responsible for placing conversion tracking tags across client websites and funnel pages.

Responsible for the creation, implementation, and reporting of client ad campaigns.

Provide consultation on all aspects of paid ad results. 

Daily optimization of assigned client ad accounts.

Recommendations for new ad creative in order to hit target KPIs.

Best practices for landing page and sales page optimization.

Performance reporting on the rest of the client’s funnel if needed to help improve sales (email, open rates, sales page conversions, order bump conversions, etc.)

Audience and targeting research and analysis of competitors.

Explain optimization tactics and reasoning to clients in weekly reports.

Increase ROAS, decrease CPA, etc.

Provide client results all within clients desired monthly ad budgets.

Assist CEO in meeting with clients as needed to discuss ad strategy and review ad campaign optimization.

Report to the CEO on a weekly basis via Slack.

Complete assigned daily and weekly tasks in ClickUp in a timely manner.

Regular communication with clients via email or Slack.

Must be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.

Requirements and Qualifications

Skilled in Display Campaigns, Search Campaigns, Conversion Campaigns, and Remarketing Campaigns.

Knowledge of Google Data Studio is a plus.

Ability to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles.

Must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results.

Must prioritize attention to detail and be highly organized.

Must be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
