After peace-ing out from her corporate career, determined to build her own dream rather than someone else’s, Melissa “accidentally” fell in love with paid social media advertising strategy when DIY-ing her own campaigns for her personal brand.
Now, having spent the last 9+ years helping clients scale multi-six and 7-figure empires in the online space, Melissa is no stranger to witnessing the rapid growth and unparalleled results that come with paid ads and sales funnels done right.
After starting LM in 2019, Melissa has intentionally kept the agency small and the team driving it tight-knit.

Shani believes open communication and transparency are key to building long-lasting client relationships. She truly wants every client to have an excellent experience from approving ad creative to reviewing monthly return on ad spend, and she will always go the extra mile to provide just that.
In her free time, Shani loves playing with her daughter, Mia, going out to eat, and spending time outside.

Meaghan Hurley serves as our Client Operations Manager focusing on client deliverables for Funnel Builds, joining our team in September 2023.
Meg specializes in customer service, client relationship management, creating and managing organizational systems, social media management, content creation (graphics and copy), repurposing content and analytics tracking.
A few fun facts about Meg, back in the day she was a competitive figure skater, she's a military spouse and mom of 3. Bulletproof coffee is her go to morning beverage.
Meg assists in aiding the productivity across Litchfield Media, by executing the pieces needed for funnel build outs and by ensuring a consistent flow within day-to-day operations.
Presh Rodgers

All about living a life full of laughs, good vibes, phenomenal food, and FUN, Presh brings a playful and energetic vibe to the LM sales funnel agency.
Presh believes life is meant to be lived fully, and she does just that while also helping online businesses experience the power of Pinterest marketing. (She once achieved a 4x return over 10 months for our long-time client!)
